The dinnieGroup agrees to register a domain on your behalf and maintain it for as long as you require, dependent on your continued timely payments of all costs associated with the running of the domain.
All correspondence regarding your domain will be sent to an email address you specify. It remains your responsibility to keep us updated should your contact details change.
The dinnieGroup agrees to act on your behalf regarding future renewals of your domain name.
You agree to make payments in a timely manner as specified by renewal invoices sent in order for us to guarantee successful renewals of your domain name.
Should payment fail to be received by the date specified on your renewal invoice, you run the risk of losing your domain name, at which time all services relating to your domain (including, but not limited to; email services, FTP access, databases etc) will cease to function.
In the event a domain is left to expire, an additional charge of USD 75 will apply in order to re-activate the domain. Please note this charge is in addition to the overdue invoice which led to the expiration.
In the event of a domain name transfer to The dinnieGroup, you agree to cooperate and respond in a timely manner at all stages during the transfer in order to guarantee a successful transfer.
For purposes of administering the domain, The dinnieGroup will use its details for the Whois record of your domain.
If at any point, you wish to have the Whois record changed to your details, the EPP code for the domain will be communicated to you and the domain unlocked. You will be required to perform a domain transfer at this point.
Please note the release of the EPP code is on condition that there are no outstanding invoices on your account.
Kindly note also that once the transfer is successful, The dinnieGroup will cease to be held responsible for all aspects of the administration of your domain.
